Over the years, many journalists have written about the plight of our Iraqi allies and the List Project’s efforts to help them.  As you can see, the presidents may change, but the excuses offered by their bureaucracies remain the same.  This page is maintained as a repository for those who may have an interest in the history of this dimension of the war.
